Request Deletion by Email
Email support@sonboa.com and ask us to delete your Sonboa account and associated data. To help us find the right account, include the email address connected to your Sonboa account and your Sonboa handle if you know it.
If you cannot email us from the address connected to your Sonboa account, tell us that in your request. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
Delete From the App
- Open Sonboa and sign in.
- Go to your profile and open settings.
- Choose the account deletion option.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
What Gets Deleted
Sonboa attempts to delete your account, profile, posts, videos, profile photos, follows, likes, and related storage files. Some information may be retained or replaced with a deleted-user placeholder where needed for safety, legal compliance, backups, audit records, or other users' conversation context.
Timing
We review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some deletion work may take additional time because account data can be stored across authentication, database, storage, search, moderation, email, diagnostics, and infrastructure systems.
